WAGE RANGE: BASED ON QUALIFICATION
CLASSIFICATION: FULL-TIME, PERMANENT
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working in administration or clerical and/or work experience in a related field.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain program details to applicants, answer inquiries, and process information.
- Knowledge of the Income Support program, education and training resources available to clients.
- Some knowledge of case management and referral systems
- Willing to learn and participate in training opportunities.
- Proficiency with office programs such as excel and word
- Must have some knowledge and experience with a database program but it is not necessary.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle would be an asset.
