I’m Michelle Chartrand-Ouassif, from Kahkewistahaw First Nation and I lead the daily operations at our Yorkton location with a strong focus on communication, staff development, process improvement, and fostering a healthy, team driven workplace. As General Manager, I’ve lead many improvements including modernizing policies and procedures, strengthening training and onboarding processes, enhancing employee engagement and improving customer service standards.
