To apply, please submit:
✅ A completed School Supply Assistance application form
✅ Confirmation of enrollment from your child’s school
Please send all required documents to schoolsupplies@kahkewistahaw.com

⏳ Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing once all required documents have been received.
